Tom had a hard act to follow in last year's performance by Prince which kicked. Definitely better than the Rolling Stones debacle, but it kind of felt like a Grateful Dead performance.

It just seemed a bit sedate for a Super Bowl half-time show.

The CFL's half-time show with Lenny Kravitz had way more energy.
